This course provides climbers with the knowledge and skills required to safely top rope in a gym environment. Participants will learn essential techniques including knot tying (figure-eight follow-through), harness checks, belaying with an appropriate device, proper communication, and safe lowering procedures. Upon successful completion and demonstration of competency, climbers will receive a Top Rope Endorsement, allowing them to belay independently in the facility.
